OM HARI OM
Located in Central Maine, Heather completed her 500-hour advanced teacher training certificate through Janet Stone, one of San Francisco's premiere yoga instructors. Heather also completed an additional 200 Hour YTT Certification with Baptiste Masters, Claire Este-McDonald and Gregor Singleton. Heather travels to Boston and San Francisco often and recently traveled to Bali with her teacher, Janet Stone to deepen her understanding of Bhakti Yoga.
Heather’s goal is to inspire others with her passion for yoga and its life changing effects. She encourages her students to embrace their playfulness and to live from their hearts while exploring the innate beauty of their body, breath and mind. She offers a deep, powerful and nurturing practice that blends movement, breath, love and playfulness.
Heather's interest is teaching Bhakti Yoga while introducing her love of chanting and learning how to play the harmonium. After a year long break from teaching, Heather plans to resume her teachings in the Spring 2018. For teaching and workshop inquiries please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
Heather has taught at Maine Yoga Festival, Studios in Central Maine as well as in Boston. Heather and her wife are the owners of The Village Inn & Tavern in Belgrade Lakes, Maine since 2014.
